American Marketing Association Honors Thrive Marketing
The American Marketing Association (AMA) held their sixth annual AMA Phoenix Spectrum Awards on May 21, 2008, honoring marketing professionals and their work within large and small businesses based throughout the valley. The AMA Spectrum Awards program honored 20 categories from design to research, sales, advertising, event promotion and public relations.
Phoenix-based marketing firm, Thrive Marketing, won the Internet Direct Response Award, for their work on the Class Act Tutu Internet Campaign. In their award-winning campaign, Thrive Marketing helped their client, Class Act Tutu, a mail order/catalog company and manufacturer of dance apparel, achieve massive results in just one year, which attributed to a 500% increase in overall sales and a 200% increase in the average sales transaction amount.
Thrive Marketing also won the New Product or Service Campaign Award and the Existing Product or Service Campaign Award. Both categories required the use of at least two forms of marketing. Thrive Marketing employed the use of direct mail, tradeshow, and Internet marketing for these campaigns.
Found online at www.ThriveMarketing.net, Thrive Marketing helps small and medium-sized companies gain market share rapidly through design, interactive, brand and direct marketing strategies.
Additional Spectrum award winners included Mullen Advertising & Public Relations, Corcoran Associates, Allegra Print and Imaging, WestGroup Research, The Lavidge Company/Satow Strategies, E.B. Lane, Terralever, Spark Design, United Printing & Mailing, Parker Madison, New Angle Media, Defero, and Allison & Partners.
Companies who received an AMA Spectrum Award were chosen by a highly respected panel of Valley-based marketing professionals based on the criteria of challenge insight, objectives, strategies, tactics and results.
