Thrive Marketing collaborated with a local fishing supply store to increase their web traffic and dramatically grow their sales figures. Prior to coming to us, the store averaged about 1,000 website visitors per month, which translated to roughly one sale per day. Following in-depth keyword research and analysis, we were able to perform search engine optimization (SEO) on their web page text that led to much higher organic rankings. We used the same research results to fine tune their pay-per-click (PPC) strategy.
Our evaluation of their needs also revealed that social media could be a great way to increase awareness. Through campaigns involving giveaways and other incentives, we grew the company’s Facebook audience from zero to 15,000 and their Twitter followers from zero to 5,000. We also did a number of promotions coordinated around the opening of fishing season. At the same time, significant changes to their website user interface and user experience (UI/UX) lead to a much higher conversion rate. After working with us for a year, their traffic grew to 25,000-30,000 unique web visitors per month and make 15-30 sales per day.
